Belgaum based Deltasys dispatches its first concrete 3D printer to IIT Guwahati

It was year 2019, wherein Deltasys EForming  started to design and build a concrete 3d printer, It was a gap in the market that they identified and now we have put all their knowledge and experience into building a Concrete 3d printer.

Virendra Kadam shared that they are very proud to to share their first Concrete 3d printer by Deltasys eforming. They have been working on this technology for over a year and are proud to be the first to ship a commercial machine that uses this technology. The printer has been tested with a variety of different materials, such as aggregate concrete,Mortar, and have found that it is a perfect fit for a variety of applications.

“It was our Long time dream to be part of Construction 3D printing and now dream comes true. Now we have ability to make any Big Gantry up to 10 cubic meter which can build G+2 buildings and Mobile Robotic Concrete 3D printing system” says Mr Virendra Kadam Founder and CEO DELTASYS E FORMING

Their expertise predominantly is in Development & Manufacture of Large format FDM machines, Pellet based 3d printers, PEEK 3D printers, Composite3d printers and Custom 3d printers. They have installations in many parts of India, Australia and Canada.

The Concrete 3D printing machine which is being shipped to Indian Institue of Technology Guwahati is a R&D based Concrete 3d printer where Prof Dr. Biranchi Panda, Ph.D. will extensively work on Concrete materials (Premix design, material formulations). This research will definitely help entire concrete 3D printing industry to print big structures and achieve many milestones in Concrete 3D printing. DELTASYS EFORMING has the capability to make any kind of Concrete 3D printer be it a gantry based  upto 10 Cubic meter which Can build G+2 building or Mobile Robot based Concrete 3D printer.
